Baking Machines sheeter, 25″ wide X approximately 25′ overall length, includes three compression sections, first section with 10″ diameter roll, middle section with (4) rollers and final section with 10″ diameter roll. Infeed height is approximately 28″, sheeting roller is 25-1/2″ wide. Also includes top mounted flour applicator, mounted above belt. All stainless steel construction. In working condition when removed from service. Complete with all stainless steel control panel. Previously used in potsticker dough application.
