Anco 50 Gallon Kettle, 304 stainless steel construction, vessel measures 36″ diameter x 19″ straight side, leading to 2″ diameter side bottom outlet with manual leak detection ball valve. Complete with top entering scrape surface agitation, driven by approximately 2 HP motor through gear reducer. Includes single zone dimple plate jacket rated for 70 PSI. Rated between minus 4 degrees Fahrenheit to 220 degrees Fahrenheit. Top includes center bridge for agitation, (2) 3″ openings (tapered to 2″ with blanks), (1) 1-1/2″ opening with tri-clamp and (2) hinged lids on each side of bridge. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs. Offered with Anderson Model 520040890000 & SA520621390000 probes. Used sparingly at ice cream production facility. Very good condition.
